They kindly left some breakfast products in my kitchen, because apparently they think I can't function without my daily dose of melba toasts and homemade jam. The view of the city from the property was quite impressive, I must admit.

They didn't have a clothes drying rack. I mean, who needs one when you can just hang your wet clothes out the window and hope for the best?

matera was the best, but La Casa Di Gianni made it even better. Clean, stylish, and a view that felt like the middle ages. Thank you, signora Paola!

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, right in the heart of the sassi. The view from our bedroom window of the duomo was jaw-dropping. The comfortable bed made for a super cozy stay. The apartment was equipped with a washing machine, free wi-fi in public areas, and all the cookware and kitchen utensils we needed. The communication with the host was great, and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The host even went above and beyond by delivering more tea before we even realized we were running low. The off-site car park was convenient, and the non-smoking rooms were a plus. The host's kindness and care made the whole experience truly special.

I had an exceptional stay at this wonderful apartment in Matera. The view from the main window was absolutely astonishing, overlooking the Duomo and the Gravina. The location at the top of the Sassi was perfect, allowing easy access to explore the maze of steps and winding streets. The bathroom was high-spec, with luxurious big towels. The host, Paola, provided great recommendations for dining, and we were very impressed by one of the restaurants she suggested. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was quick and responsive. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine. The sunset view from the French door at the foot of the bed was truly magical. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the need for a clothes drying rack and a few more utensils, our overall experience was exceptional.
